A small registration fee for coffee/tea breaks will be collected when you register at the workshop. Due to Government restrictions, all meals will be no-host. Lunches will be at the Ames Cafeteria, and a list of the many good local restaurants will be provided.

Non US Citizens:

If you have a green card, entrance to Ames is relatively straightforward. Otherwise we will need as much lead-time as possible. If any Co-I's are not US Citizens and do not have a green card, please let us know as soon as possible, including country of citizenship, data and place of birth, and any relevant passport and/or visa numbers. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Green Card Holders:

  • If you are a green card holder you must have in your possession the actual "green card," not a copy.
  • This document is not the "work authorization" (which some people mistakenly confuse with the green card), but the "permanent resident" document.
